Checklist

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Guest Policies

No smoking in the house
No pets or animals
Maximum occupancy of 8 guests; no parties or large gatherings

Hot Tub

No food or smoking
Children must wear swim diapers
Close lid and turn off jets and lights after use
Never add water from a hose to the hot tub
Contact us if there are any issues

Fires

Fully extinguish fires before leaving unattended
Keep doors to porch closed while there is a fire in the fireplace or firepit
Only wood should be burned in the fireplace

Damage

We understand accidents happen. Please report any damage so we can address it promptly for you and our next guests. Any unreported damage may be deducted from your deposit.
