Our Story

Southern Comfort Escapes started with our family. After years of owning and operating various investment properties, we made the leap into luxury short-term vacation rentals, driven by a simple belief: a great stay should feel effortless and every detail should feel considered. That belief still guides everything we do. We maintain each of our properties to the highest standards and aim to offer nothing short of a luxury experience for every guest. Our goal is for you to feel more comfortable at our properties than you do at home.

We keep our collection small and personal so we can pour real attention into every home. Today that means two distinct escapes across the South, one on the Gulf Coast and one in the mountains. At 1907 Sterling Breeze in Panama City Beach, FL, you'll find a 2,000 sq ft luxury beachfront condo that sleeps up to 10, with three bedrooms, a private lockout studio suite, and a sweeping balcony overlooking the Gulf. Guests enjoy a resort zero-edge pool, hot tub, poolside tiki bar, gym, and complimentary beach chairs, all within walking distance of Pier Park's shopping, dining, and entertainment. Up in the North Georgia mountains, The Yellowstone in Blue Ridge, GA is a brand-new modern rustic cabin that sleeps up to 8, with three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a Caldera hot tub, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a firepit, and a game room with air hockey and arcade games. It sits just 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, with fly fishing, hiking, tubing, and whitewater rafting nearby.
